Technical documentation – relevant information<\/h2>\n

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION – RELEVANT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION – for ALL operations<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. Documentation in PL, EN languages \u200b\u200b- in accordance with the rules of technical drawing.<\/li>\n
        2. Optionally editable files, preferred file format – .dwg, * .dxf, * .STEP<\/li>\n
        3. File names according to your own system, unique names, maximum number of characters – 21<\/li>\n
        4. Provide all relevant information on the material (type, thickness, quantity, surface finish, etc.)<\/li>\n
        5. Specify the standard and requirements for the process in the case of coatings (e.g. painting, nickel plating, galvanizing)<\/li>\n
        6. Standards and tolerances adequate to the processes:
          \n\u2013 laser cutting: PN-EN ISO 9013;
          \n\u2013 mechanically and plastically processed parts: PN-EN ISO 2768;
          \n\u2013 welded parts: PN-EN ISO 13920.<\/li>\n
        7. Do not provide drawings of several parts in one file.<\/li>\n
        8. Each change in a drawing should be associated with a change in the revision in the file name and in the drawing table (a new revision is a new drawing).<\/li>\n
        9. It should be remembered that sharp corners of laser-cut elements can be rounded off, the rounding radius is ~ 10% * material thickness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LASER CUTTING.<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                1. The cutting plan should be in * .dxf format, without dimensions and other annotations. Only outer and inner contours.<\/li>\n
                2. The detail drawing should be on a scale of 1: 1,<\/li>\n
                3. The drawing should be without blocks, splines, overlapping lines and no open contours.<\/li>\n
                4. One * .dxf file should contain only one cutting plan.<\/li>\n
                5. Mark the engraver with a yellow line.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BENDING.<\/strong>\n
                          \n
                        1. The detail drawing should be in * .dwg format.<\/li>\n
                        2. It should contain dimensioned projections of the detail after bending and a flat plate pattern with bending lines.<\/li>\n
                        3. The minimum bending distance depends on the thickness of the material and for its correct selection, use the study from https:\/\/plasmet.net\/technologia\/.<\/li>\n
                        4. Holes too close to the bend line may become distorted.<\/li>\n
                        5. As a rule of thumb, the bend radius should be the material thickness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                        1. The delivered drawing should include the types of welds and their dimensions.<\/li>\n
